Cooking
Pour a half-Cup of rice flakes of TM"Mistral"
Pour into a bowl and pour 100 ml of hot milk (I heated in the microwave 40 seconds), cover with a plate and leave to swell for 3 minutes
Cut onion finely. Fry until transparent
In a bowl put the egg, flour, breadcrumbs, rust. the oil, remaining milk (1 tbsp), grated cheese, curry, salt, pepper and soaked rice flakes. Mix well
Spoon into the pan, adding shape and fry both sides in vegetable oil for 3 minutes until it will turn brown. Serve with sour cream. A nice Breakfast!
