Sift flour together with baking powder, add sour cream, melted margarine, knead. Roll into a ball and put into the refrigerator.
All we need for the cream: 1 Cup sour cream, 1-1,5 cups of sugar, 1 egg, 2 tbsp flour. All products mix and whip. All the ingredients gathered, but still for some reason not all. Tried to fix it, nothing comes out.
Apples peel and cut into very thin slices. You can use a grater chips. I have my favorite Berner, he solves all the problems.
Put the dough in shape with a diameter of 26 cm and evenly knead by hand, having a high side.
Lay Apple slices in layers, each pouring a couple tablespoons of cream.
When all the apples are laid out, pour the remnants of the cream pie and put it in the oven. Bake at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes. If it is too brown on top, cover with foil, greased the bottom with butter.
The finished cake remove from the oven and leave the form for 10 minutes. When slightly cooled, carefully remove the cake out of the pan on the grate and cover with a cloth.
