This sauce is perfect for potatoes: baked or French fries. Can also be served on crackers, chips or toast in the form of snacks.

Grate cheese on a grater. For this dish I took the cheese Belfort Belebeevsky Dairy Plant. He Has a sweet nutty flavor, made of natural milk without vegetable fats.
In the bowl of a blender put the cheese, sour cream, cream cheese.
Add the chopped dill.
Then garlic and chilli, season with salt.
Blend it with a blender.
Served with potatoes or as a standalone dip.
