Soup with beans and mushrooms
Delicious, fragrant soup. Low fat and however nutritious. No chicken is a great lean option

Beans soaked overnight (if time is less – it is possible for a few hours, but then several times to change the water. If no time at all – is perfectly preserved, from the jar). In cold water (I have 1.5 – 2 liters on a number of products) put the beans (the water is drained!) chicken breast (I removed it from the skin; so the soup was richness, you can leave her). I don't like it in soup, so in the beginning, throw in a saucepan with two small onions, taking with them only the most top of dirty skin and cut the tails (just in case rinse with water).

Put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil. A little foam is formed, remove; reduce fire. After 20 – 25 minutes add the chopped potatoes, mushrooms (can be slightly thawed, can not) and carrots (I also have frozen, grated).

Even after 10 minutes take out the chicken; when a little cooled, cut into pieces and throw away the bone. Minutes 40 – 45 from the beginning of cooking practically everything is cooked (check by beans). Throw in salt to taste (if you add salt earlier, the beans cooked for a longer time), Bay leaf to taste, if you want to – pepper. After another five minutes, lay the chicken pieces, throw away the onion and Bay leaf. Bring quickly to the boil and leave to infuse for half an hour (if you want, you can just – it's still delicious!). Bon appetit!
