Cooking
To 150 ml of warm milk, then add 8 grams of dry yeast + 1 tsp sugar. Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
In a deep bowl pour 350 g of flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, pinch of salt and a packet of vanillin
Next, add 2 eggs and pre-prepared milk-yeast mixture. Knead well
Add 80 grams of butter, softened
The resulting dough cover and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours
After a time begin to form a pie. Pinch off from the common piece of dough a small ball and roll out not too thin. Take a glass or if you don't want too large of roses, you can take the dishes smaller diameter and cut out circles across the length and breadth of the rolled sheet.
