Pie Lyubava
I offer pie "Lyubava", tender to your liking and unusual in design.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

To 150 ml of warm milk, then add 8 grams of dry yeast + 1 tsp sugar. Cover and leave for 20 minutes.

In a deep bowl pour 350 g of flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, pinch of salt and a packet of vanillin

Next, add 2 eggs and pre-prepared milk-yeast mixture. Knead well

Add 80 grams of butter, softened

Knead elastic dough

The resulting dough cover and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours

After a time begin to form a pie. Pinch off from the common piece of dough a small ball and roll out not too thin. Take a glass or if you don't want too large of roses, you can take the dishes smaller diameter and cut out circles across the length and breadth of the rolled sheet. The resulting crop between the circles clean.
