I bought my rabbit's foot, would, as usual, stewing in sour cream, but my husband remembered that in his youth he tasted the rabbit in tomato sauce similar recipe not found. The Bunny turned out SUPER soft and, in my opinion, very good taste. Try and take in your company.

Cooking
The legs of a rabbit, roll in flour and lightly fry in vegetable oil, folded in a bowl that can be put in the oven.
I have a miracle-processing (preservation), which includes beans, tomato, bell pepper, onion, garlic, spices, vinegar, sugar, salt. I use it, but this dressing is easy to make yourself. Boiled or canned beans to stew in the pan with onion, carrot, pepper, tomato and spices (to taste), add a couple cloves of garlic, if required, add sugar and lemon juice (you can substitute vinegar or lemon juice).
Pour the sauce our rabbit.
If the sauce was not very much, i.e. it does not cover all the meat, you can just add water and, if necessary, to salt or add spices. Put in oven for 1-1,5 hour on medium heat.
Off, lay out, enjoy. Bon appetit. Serve with any side dish (potatoes, rice, pasta, any cereal).
