Wash rice, put in a saucepan, add water and cook until water is almost gone. Add the milk, boil under the lid on very low heat, until tender. [b]Sauce[/b] a Tomato slice, lightly fry in sunflower oil, season with salt, add mustard, chopped garlic and parsley.
Beat egg with salt. Zucchini cut into slices, dip in egg and fry until Golden brown in butter. The rice is spread in the form of a cylinder, the edges of which cover the zucchini slices, cover with the sauce.
