Jam pumpkin and Apple with dried apricots
The use of pumpkin is undeniable, and combined with apples and apricots makes a delicious treat with the taste of Sunny summer.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Dried apricots

    300 g

  • Sugar

    600 g

  • Water

    100 ml

Wash apples, peel and core, cut into slices.

Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into thin slices.

In the pan put the apples and the pumpkin, pour 100 ml of water. Stew on low heat until tender (about 20 minutes).

From pumpkins and apples to make puree immersion blender.

Add in pumpkin and Apple puree with the sugar and cook on low heat for 40-60 minutes (the more time to brew, the darker the color of the jam), stirring constantly.

After 40-60 minutes, add the apricots, cut into 4 pieces and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring constantly.

Ready jam to put in sterilized jars, roll up covers, flip, wrap a blanket and leave until cool. I keep all the blanks in the apartment, in the closet.
