Cooking

step-0
The recipe I started with potatoes: potato peel, wash and cut into thin circles. Cheese cut into slices.
step-1
8 pieces of foil spread out, grease with vegetable oil. From potato formed by the "layered sandwich" of alternating layers of potatoes and cheese, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap each potato with the cheese in foil and cook on the grill for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are done. Sorry, we chased the rain, so cooking I went on the porch and baked potatoes in foil in a small electric stove.
step-2
For the honey glaze, mix the honey, soy sauce, grill seasoning Forester, vegetable oil. The taste can be further salt, but I had the salinity.
step-3
Fillet of salmon cut into 4 portions of the piece.
step-4
Coat fish with glaze and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
step-5
Lay fillet skin down on the grill ( in my case the grill pan) and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
step-6
Serve the salmon fillet with roasted potatoes on a bed of lettuce, sprinkled with herbs. To taste you can add slices of lemon.
