Cutlets of salmon and asparagus
Tender cutlets of salmon and asparagus, with a perfect seasoning TM FORESTER, will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    400 g

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Asparagus

    5 sprig

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Salmon, finely cut into random pieces, add seasoning TM FORESTER, mix well.

Asparagus thawed and cut into slices.

Add the egg, all carefully mix together. Leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Pan-grill TM FORESTER oil or lard and fry the meatballs on both sides until cooked. Serve with your favourite side dish and sauce. Bon appetit!
