Kebab in tomato marinade with vodka
Here is the long awaited summer!! The time of camping and of meat on the coals! Take in the Treasury of yet another embodiment of the barbecue with smoke!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1500 g

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vodka

    30 ml

  • Spices

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

For marinating meat, I used a wonderful seasoning for meat from "Forester". There is such an amazing kit to barbecue with smoke - there is actually a mixture of spices and wood chips to provide extra flavor barbecue (more on this below)

For marinating meat, onion grind in a blender into a puree, add the tomato paste, spices, vodka and mustard oil, mix well. Spices from "Forester" already contain salt, but if you want something you can little dosolit to taste.

Pork (neck) cut into pieces and mix with marinade. The meat in this marinade ready in 1.5-2 hours. If necessary, you can leave for the night

The skewers I used from "Forester". I must say that they are very easy to use! I was delighted firstly that they are big and they have such a great smooth, almost mirror finish! By the way after we have prepared the barbecue and washed skewers - they were like new - cover is very durable!

Cook skewers over charcoal until brown pieces. In the cooking process, in order to give the barbecue for additional flavor, I used the chips (it is included in the spice set). Wood chips should be soaked in water and the cooking process of barbecue, a ride to the grill.

The aroma from this barbecue is awesome - the vodka gives its piquancy, chips fills it with smoke and spices "Forester" give a wonderful flavor to barbecue!
