Cooking
In cups or on a plate spread the lettuce, top with diced cucumber
Then cubes of salmon
Cubes of avocado
Prepare the dressing: thoroughly mix honey, mustard, olive oil (can be vegetable, odorless... but with olive delicious), lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.. no need to add salt, cheese, and salmon will give the desired salinity..
