Mackerel with tomatoes
Easy but very tasty dish!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Wine white semi-dry

    60 ml

  • Pepper white

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mackerel cut into pieces.

Mix soy sauce TM Kikkoman, wine, olive oil.

In a baking dish put the pieces of mackerel, pour soy sauce mixed with wine and oil, add pepper. Leave for 30 minutes.

Tomatoes grate or chop finely.

To the tomatoes add the soy sauce (1 teaspoon), mix well.

After 30 minutes the mackerel pieces to flip, pour the crushed tomatoes.

Bake in preheated oven to 160 degrees, 20 to 30 minutes.

Serve with vegetables.
