Description

Barbecue
Skewers of Ukrainian lard with mushrooms, onions and Borodino bread, marinated in soy marinade.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    12 piece

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Fat

    60 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

Cooking

The mushrooms clean and gently wash with water. Onion cut into half rings.

For the marinade mix soy sauce "Kikkoman", oil and honey.

Send in the marinade the mushrooms and onions, simmer for about 40 minutes.

Sliced bread and bacon cubes (my cubes of bread in 2 times more)

Pickled mushrooms out of the marinade and send back the bread, mix well. Leave until complete absorption of the marinade.

Strung on skewers all the components. Happened 6 such kebabs.

I baked in the oven with grill and convection for 12 minutes on two sides at 180 degrees.
