Description
This recipe was posted on the website in 2008 by user lesi called "Roll with egg", and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Offer two fillings of the roll. The taste is very similar to pies.

Cooking
Potatoes clean and boil in salted water.
Drain the water, add the raw protein (yolk to leave for greasing). Make mashed potatoes, you can add a couple of tablespoons of cream. Add the flour, mix well. Potato mixture will be sticky.
First filling: hard boiled eggs finely chop and mix with finely chopped green onions.
Second filling: chicken fillet and onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil on high heat until tender. Season with salt and pepper, add your favorite spices (you can substitute ground beef).
Cool and grind in a blender.
The resulting mass divided into two parts. On the table in two or three layers to put plastic wrap, wet hands to spread the potato mixture with a layer of 2 cm from the top of the first stuffing. Wrap in a roll.
To make a second roll with chicken.
Both roll, carefully (use film) to pass on to the pan. Roll to do not very large, smaller is better, then it will be easier to work and it won't fall apart, and the potato mixture thicker.
Rolls grease yolk, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and sprinkle pieces of butter, to pierce in 3-5 places. Bake in the oven until Golden brown. 200*C for 25-30 minutes.
While the rolls bake, make the sauce: mushrooms cut into plates and fry.
Add the cream, bring to boil. Season with salt and pepper.
Cheese to grate, add to the sauce, and stir until melted cheese. The sauce is ready.
Rolls it is better to cool slightly, cut into portions and cover with sauce.
