Burgers made from quinoa
In South America, where quinoa, I believe that it is a divine product that one is able to maintain vitality. Cooking with quinoa is interesting. From quinoa taste neutral, but unusual delicate, slightly grainy texture and unobtrusive flavor. I made the burgers out of quinoa, try it, it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    40 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Rice flour

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    40 g

  • Olive oil

  • Cumin

    2 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Pour rinsed quinoa in a pot with water in the ratio 1:2. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Tightly cover pot and simmer 15 minutes until quinoa has absorbed all the water. Cool.

In the cooled quinoa add the egg,

feathers finely chopped garlic or green onion, cumin, chopped bell pepper, chili pepper,

dry cottage cheese, grated cheese

and grated on a coarse grater red onion. Mix well, season with salt, add 1 tbsp of rice flour. The mixture should be thick and sticky. If the mixture is runny, add more flour. Leave the stuffing for 20-30 minutes in the side to flour a little swollen.

To form burgers, to roll in flour with spices and fry in olive oil. Or put a wet spoon in a well-heated pan without sprinkles. Fried burgers are very good. Burgers ready to put on a paper towel and then onto a plate.
