  • Beef

    300 g

  • Miso paste

    50 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Sesame

  • Olive oil

Prepare the necessary products

For the marinade, mix the miso paste, honey, soy sauce, black pepper and garlic, finely chopped or passed through a garlic press.

RUB the resulting paste over the beef, rubbing fingers into the flesh, put into the fridge for 1.5 hours.

Take out of the fridge, remove a bit of the marinade from the meat and fry in a grill pan on two sides for 1-2 minutes, depending on what degree of doneness you want.
