  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

Fry chopped meat with onion 5 minutes

While the meat roasted, the Dalai sauce - mix soy sauce with peanut butter and spices

Add chopped vegetable mixture to the meat and cover with the sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15min, or put it in the oven for 10 min.
