Or rather veal on the bone with vegetables baked in foil. A separate dish, being prepared with a side dish that takes less time and turns out delicious.

Cooking
Wash the meat, dry with paper towels, to clean the bone. Add the salt, spices for meat. I usually use natural spices of dried herbs, a variety. Marinate, in the meantime, continue training.
Carrots and onions clean, cut into half rings, carrots can rings, cubes. Leek wash and also cut into rings. The cherry tomatoes can be taken fresh or frozen, the number roughly 4 pieces per serving, if desired, can be increased. Garlic clear from the husk.
16 medium potatoes (4 servings) peel and cut into cubes. All the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Prepare 4 sheets of foil to fit and you can wrap the vegetables and veal. Grease each with butter. Spread mixed vegetables: potatoes, onions, leeks, tomatoes, carrots, put a clove of garlic, sprig of rosemary and thyme.
Fry the veal on both sides until Golden brown in a pan (olive or sunflower oil).
Put the vegetables and put a piece of butter. Wrap everything in foil and put in preheated oven (200 degrees). Approximately 40-50 minutes, again guided by the oven and check for readiness (in my oven always get more cooking time than indicated in the recipes).
When ready, peel the foil from the dish. Veal with a side dish ready!
