Young beans with jamon and egg
Suggest you try a simple dish of Andalusian cuisine – young broad beans with jamon. The dish is very nutritious, absolutely self-sufficient. A lot of talking about it will not help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Products I used – onions, beans (frozen), a piece of dry-cured hams, eggs, butter, salt.

Beans boil for about 5 – 8 minutes in salted water, the onion cut into cubes and fry in a minimal amount of olive oil. It is better to use a pan with Teflon etc. coating, and the oil we will add later.

Ham cut into cubes.

Add to the frying pan with the fried onions until transparent.

Atteriwem beans and add to the onions and ham.

In a few minutes, make small holes and release there eggs, 1 – 2 per serving.

The dish is ready, now just pour a little fresh olive oil to taste.
