Cutlets of lentils with tomatoes and raisins
These patties were cooked for lunch today for the first time. I can say that the taste of this dish I was very pleased. Love to share the recipe with you. Very good these cutlets are to include in the menu in the Christmas post:there is nothing superfluous, but at the expense of the nutritional properties of lentil burgers hearty and warming.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    100 g

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Cooking

So, collect the products.

Tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove the skins, cut.

Puree them in a blender.

The lentils thoroughly washed.

In a saucepan mix tomato puree, lentils and finely chopped onion. Add 3 tbsp water and put on fire for 20 minutes. Stir. Then add the lemon juice, raisins, curry, salt and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes. At the end of cooking, add 1 spoon of flour, mix well. Remove from heat and let cool.

From the chilled tomato-bean mass formed the patties, coat them in flour and fry in hot olive oil. Filmed on a napkin to remove excess fat. Cakes are ready!
