Cooking
In a bowl measure out the butter, cane sugar (TM Mistral) and the yolk.
Knead by hand. Very important the oil temperature, it should not be too cold, but not very soft. Therefore it would be better to get it out of the fridge 10-15 minutes before cooking.
Pour the flour and knead a uniform, soft dough.
Of the dough make cookies in the shape of a long, not too thick wedges, they do not necessarily have to be the same length. Roll in sugar and place on a baking tray lined with parchment (grease the parchment with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour). The part I did in the Sahara, part no.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 12-15 minutes ( do not wait until it is browned), cookies should remain white. Remove and allow to cool on the baking sheet, the cookies turns out very fragile.
