Cooking
My vegetable portion was ready. If not, take the vegetables and cut lettuce.
Put the vegetables into the pan. Add the spices and soy sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Not to burn, add a little water. Braised cucumbers is very similar to zucchini in taste, but more tender and subtle.
Take the noodles and cook for 7 minutes, until tender!
Add noodles to vegetables. And simmer for another 5-7 minutes. So the noodles were filled with flavor of vegetables.
