Cooking
For the sponge cake separate eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites with 25 grams of sugar. RUB the yolks with 25 g sugar and the vanilla extract. Then connect the protein and the yolk mass. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Bake for 30 minutes at 170*.
When ready cool on a wire rack
