Rabbit stew with vegetables
Recipe from "the recipe Collection", just a little bit reworked by me. Braised rabbit with two kinds of cabbage and potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    1 kg

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Broccoli

    1 piece

  • Cauliflower

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Spices

Cooking

Rabbit wash, dry, cut into portions, season with salt and pepper.

Fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes on each side.

To shift the rabbit in a baking dish, pour the broth, add the Bay leaf and rosemary, bring to boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

Cut the potatoes into wedges.

Put it to the rabbit, stir and simmer for 20 minutes.

Onions coarsely chop, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Carrots cut into slices, also a little to fry, 2-3 minutes.

Cauliflower and broccoli disassemble on inflorescences.

Cabbage, carrots and onions to add to the stew, mix well, season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
