Perfect baked potatoes
I want to share with you another great dish from Jamie Oliver. Outrageously delicious and very easy to prepare. The potato is a stunning composition of flavors, crispy crust, but the inside is as soft as a cloud.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 piece

  • Bay leaf

    5 piece

  • Rosemary

    3 piece

  • Greens

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

I took the new potatoes, so chkorotsku not cut, just carefully washed with a brush. If you have potatoes "old" - clean it. Cut to pieces is not necessary. Then add water and boil on high heat after boiling for 7-8 minutes.

Drain in a colander. Dry cloth. Salt-pepper.

In the form (I made the foil) pour 2 tablespoons olive oil (if desired, in butter substitute), slightly roll it over the potatoes.

Spread potatoes in a single layer, send in a preheated oven (200 gr.) for 30 minutes.

To prepare our aromatic blend of spices. Take fresh or dry rosemary, Basil and other herbs at your discretion, pour the tablespoon of vinegar and a tablespoon of olive oil, stir. Add Bay leaf and garlic cloves. The garlic from the skins do not peel!

30 minutes to get the potatoes. Interesting point: take a potato masher to mash and lightly press down on each potato to make it slightly warmed up. Then pour the fragrant mixture and again send in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Take the potatoes out of the oven, marveling at the wonderful aroma and beautiful, rosy crust!
