A very easy and simple to prepare dish in a hurry.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    1.5 kg

  • Fennel

    700 g

  • Vegetable oil

    10 ml

  • Salt

    10 g

  • Spices

My fennel and finely chop.

Fish gutting, lubricating oil, salt and spices into the abdomen lay the fennel. Put in a toothpick and cook at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cut portions, removing skin and bones. If desired, served with sauce "tar-tar".
