Duck Breasts wash, dry it with a towel, the skins make longitudinal incisions. Heat the pan, no oil use, put the breast skin down. For maximum heat fry the Breasts on all sides, including side, for 5 minutes, then salt, add seasoning, enough with one hand (sandpaper), cover with a lid and proprium for another 10 minutes on low heat. Ready breast served with cranberry jam, served with boiled rice.
