Duck in red wine with rice
On the new year's festive table, you can cook duck, braised in dry red wine, garnished with a mixture of wild and parboiled rice from TM "Mistral" with roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Duck

    1 piece

  • Dry red wine

    2 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

    0.333 tsp

  • Rosemary

    0.333 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Figure

    0.75 cup

  • Salt

  • Butter

Duck washed, cut into pieces. This recipe was used by part of body: breast, legs, wings duck.

Add all ingredients: rosemary (1/3 tsp), thyme (1/3 tsp), a mixture of herbs (dill, parsley, Basil), ground black pepper and salt to add to taste. Pieces of the duck well to massage. The bowl cover with cling film and leave for 1 hour for marinating duck meat.

Add the pieces in a baking dish.

Then add 2 cups of dry red wine.

A mixture of wild and parboiled rice from TM "Mistral" Aquatica rinse 2-3 waters. Then pour the rice with cold water, add salt to taste, cook until tender. Cooked rice drain through a colander. Butter (60 gr.) melt on low heat, add in the cooked rice. Rice stir.
