Ingredients

  • Pasta

    150 g

  • Tomato paste

    80 g

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    4 tsp

  • Water

    80 ml

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

Pasta pre-boil. Mix all ingredients except pasta, cheese and butter. Makes a delicious sauce.

In ogneupornye shape (I have a semi-circular) spread a teaspoon of sauce, top with tablespoon of cheese. Repeat the layers two times.

Then the sauce put the pasta starting from the center. Spread on top of the sauce.

On top of the sauce put 10 gr. (per serving) of butter. I have 82.5% of TM Itself. And sprinkle cheese. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Take out of form and turn over on a plate. Careful, it's hot! Cheese and sauce gets into the tubes, it turns out very juicy and tasty! Bon appetit!
