Chicken with a smoky tea marinade
In our family one of the favourite dishes is the roast chicken in the tea marinade. Brew tea in boiling water, add to the set of favorite spices, they are in hot water revealing all its hidden flavors, then add the soy sauce and our marinade is ready. We tried various combination of different spices, but even my husband admitted that with seasoning for chicken "Skewers with smoke" from the company Forester the chicken turned out with the perfect bouquet of flavors, finally he stopped looking for the perfect combination of spices in the marinade.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Seasoning

    0.5 pack

  • Soy sauce

  • Black tea

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    300 ml

Brewing 3st. L. black tea in 300ml of boiling water for 10 minutes.
