Meatballs in creamy mushroom sauce
A very gentle mini-meatballs on accidentally invented the recipe;)

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Prepare meatballs. Mix ground beef, egg, rice, salt and pepper to taste. On a heated pan pour vegetable oil to completely close the bottom. Heat well. Of minced meat roll into small balls with a diameter of approximately 3-4 cm (dampen hands lightly with vodka to stuffing did not stick). Put the meatballs into the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes, rolling the meatballs until Golden brown (until the desired degree of roast)

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Fry the onion (I added a little bit of carrot for color) until soft (do not fry!) add the mushrooms, simmer 15 minutes, if necessary adding a little water.

Pour in the cream, allow to boil, add spices. Then using a blender make the cream (I did it directly in the pan, but can be poured into a special container and then back into the pan).

Drop meatballs into prepared sauce and leave for melanom heat for 5 minutes then.

Serve the croquettes with your favourite side dish. We have this mashed potatoes;) Bon Appetite!
