Pasta vegetable with olives
A bright and tasty pasta with spicy olives and ripe tomatoes - very tasty and satisfying!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

  • Green olives

    0.333 can

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    2 sprig

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

Boil the pasta.

Dice the carrots and

Pour the oil into a frying pan and

sauté the vegetables.

Add the olives, cut into rings and

tomatoes, diced.

Lightly fry.

Pour water and simmer until soft carrots.

Add the tomato paste and grind.

Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
