Description
50-60 calories. These burgers can be made from any cereals. But the most delicious are obtained from barley and oats. (If you make Oatmeal, the oatmeal just need to pour hot water for 20 minutes and all).

Cooking
1. Pour pearl barley with hot water.
2. Chop tomatoes mushrooms
4. The mushrooms and Onions put in blender, grind. Leave in the bowl of a blender.
5. Water barley drained, pour 1 litre of water and put on to cook for 25-30 minutes (do not require stirring, mind your own business)
6. Barley is ready. WASH! (Otherwise it will taste bitter) 7. Mousse of mushroom and onion mixed with barley 8. Add spices (at this stage, if you wish, you can add whatever you want)
9. Mix all by hand or with a potato masher to crush the barley and produce a sticky substance (barley whole kneading - will be tastier, and you can pre-grind in a blender - your choice). 10. Formed patties (hands don't stick) and put on the grill covered with foil (NO OIL!!) 11. In the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180-200 C (Top of the patties should be a little harder) 12. Leave in oven to cool.
13. Remove the burgers! Breakfast for 2-3 days ready! With sour cream or any other sauce - mmmm!
