Description
I love sauces, because even the most ordinary dish with them acquires a new taste. Now the season of apples and I found a couple of proven sauces. Here is one of them - ideal for poultry and meat. Try cooking simple, and the taste is not a standard, but very pleasant.

Cooking
Prepare all the necessary products.
Wash the apples, peel, cut into cubes. Sprinkle with sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes, Folded into a saucepan, cover with water.
Bring to boil and on medium heat cook until ready (the cubes should be soft - I cooked for 15-20 min)
Remove from the heat. Crushed with a fork or a blender (not for long, if we have pieces of Apple, this is normal). Drizzle with lime juice, add soft butter (room temperature), cream and horseradish. Mix well. Add to taste salt, pepper. Ready - served with meat/poultry.
