Description

Chicken hearts in a creamy Curry sauce
I wanted today is a very couscous! Everyone who tried it probably know that couscous goes well with the thick rich sauces, so I decided to cook your favorite cream. And for variety, I added the curry spice. It tastes good, help yourself)) the Only caveat is the density of the sauce, the bigger the fat content of cream, the sauce will be thicker, but since I limit myself to calorie foods, then I took cream 10% and the sauce I have the corresponding density. Of course, ideally, would come the cream of 20-25%. But the couscous itself is quite nutritious, so I decided at least to reduce the energy value of this dish. Besides, the taste is not affected.

Cooking

step-0
To start prepare the hearts. If they have not cleared, you must clear, trim all the excess, cut in half, some are large and I cut them into 4 pieces. After that, the hearts a good rinse.
step-1
Now put the hearts in a saucepan with a thick bottom and pour cold water so that it only covered the hearts on top. Put the pan on the stove, cover with a lid and allow to boil. As soon as the water boils, add salt, takes 15 minutes and cook the hearts. The cover here is better off. For flavor you can add a Bay leaf.
step-2
Meanwhile, cook onion peel and cut it in half rings.
step-3
After 15 minutes in the pot with the hearts you can add onions at the kitchen and starts spreading enticing aromas)) of the water will evaporate, that is just what we need, the excess liquid of no use to us, because we will add the cream. Now we are preparing all the same without a lid until cooked onions.
step-4
Once the onions become soft, add hearts to the curry, mix thoroughly and now you can re-cover the pot with a lid. Reduce heat and cook another 3-5 minutes. Ahead of us was the most responsible moment-cream! Whatever the sauce is thick and the cream does not curdle, it is important not to miss the moment. Do not worry if the first time you fail, experience is what counts here. So, pour in the cream and keep just 1-2 minutes, stirring all the time, and as soon as we see signs that the cream boils and starts to thicken immediately remove from the heat and cover with a lid, so they will reach the desired consistency. Here, everything is ready.
step-5
Now prepare the couscous. I chose the easiest way-filled cereal with boiling water and let stand, covered for 10 minutes. Then added a bit of salt and all carefully mix. Our couscous is ready!
step-6
It remains only to lay on the cymbals and put the hearts in a creamy sauce. Help yourself, Bon appetit!
