Chicken kebab in garlic-onion marinade
Summer is not only the time of continuous frying of kebabs (according to research by British scientists in the summer, a person is able to eat 3 times more of juicy kebabs than at any other time of the year), but actively dieting among girls (for the statistics 9.5 out of 10 girls are trying to starve herself to death to be even more beautiful). Not everyone knows, but to combine business with pleasure quite possible, and barbecue with friends on the nature to eat, and figure to do no harm.

Next, grind the garlic, chop the onion half rings and add all to the meat. Garlic and onion juice add the chicken a nice flavor and taste and make the meat even softer.

The final touch of spice. Add and mix thoroughly, if the tomatoes are not very juicy, add a little water. Cover with a cling film and put in the fridge for a couple of hours. In General, the chicken is marinated pretty quickly, so I don't recommend to leave it in the marinade for a long time. It is better to salt at the end.

Strung meat on skewers. I do not change – only cook on wooden skewers. Not casual, by the way, some time ago, during a barbecue, I decided to try on the preparedness and not just to cut or tear off a piece, and with the skewer. Another week went as the Joker on one side with a strip from the edge of the mouth and in the side cheek burns so adorn a woman (hopefully a sign "sarcasm" to get not worth it).

Digress. Returning to our barbecues. All first alert: the meat is on skewers, and the coals are burning with fever – go to cook! The chicken is cooked very quickly, so requires vigilance and a bit of polivani water (with vinegar). 10-15 minutes and remove.
