Buckwheat with succulent chicken in the oven
Buckwheat with vegetables and chicken turns out very juicy and tasty. In addition, the dish is simple to prepare, healthy and dietary. Great for a family dinner, and for those who follow the figure and preparing to fly ;)

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Salt

  • Dill

Chicken cut into medium-sized pieces, carrot grate, onion and tomato slice is not small. Rinse buckwheat and place in a container in which you are going to cook (in my case, pans). Next, add the chicken, season with salt and add the chopped vegetables and herbs for a pleasant scent, mix a little (quite a bit). Tomato post to dissolve in water and pour all :) Put in a preheated 180C the oven and wait until the dish is ready, while the aroma of healthy and delicious food will fill your kitchen.
