Cooking
To start, cook the caramel. In a small thick-walled saucepan, melt the butter, add sugar, milk, and coconut flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes after boiling on low heat. Cool. You get a very tasty, dense mass like taffy.
In the bowl of a mixer beat the butter room temperature and sugar in a magnificent mass, still whisking add the eggs one by one. Stir in the cheese, flour, starch and baking powder. The dough spread on the bottom of the form.

Cover with coconut caramel. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 180*C oven.
