Description
Sufganiot - donuts that Israel decided to prepare for the Jewish holiday Hanukkah. There are many recipes of sufganiot, classical traditionally fried in oil, and renowned Israeli pastry chef Miki Shemo offers baking them in the oven.

Cooking
1. In the bowl of the mixer combine yeast, sugar and cold water.
2. Add the eggs, oil, vanilla, gradually add flour and knead the dough on medium speed (about 10 minutes) until it becomes smooth and homogeneous.
3. Add the salt and knead for about two minutes.
4. Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. The dough should double in size.
5. On podpylenny flour on the table to lay out the dough and divide it into 12-13 pieces, weighing about 70g.
6. Each portion of the dough to form the balls, lay them on the laid parchment baking sheet, cover them with a damp towel and leave the dough for 30-45 minutes until doubled.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake sufganiot 15-18 minutes until Golden color.
8. Ready sufganiot to cool on the baking sheet, then using a pastry syringe to fill with their favorite jam from TM "Maheev" and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
