Yesterday I tried the fish with a sauce in one of the cafés. And immediately fell in love with this dish. I was all excited about the sauce. It is the main flavor of this dish. Poet offer You not much cooking fish (it is normal), but the sauce Fendu. It is easy to cook, but the enjoyment of the dish provided. Try it for yourself!

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Olive oil

  • Mustard

    10 g

  • Sour cream

    20 ml

  • Lemon juice

    20 ml

  • Salt

  • Flour

  • Allspice

We prepare our sauce. Cut leeks and carrots.

Butter (mixed with olive) fry the leeks and carrots about 3 minutes, Then on low heat cook 25 min. After the time expires, add the mustard, lemon juice, sour cream, salt, pepper. And cook another 10 min. Here is the sauce ready.

Fish fillets dip them in flour and fry. In the end, one side spread with butter. To garnish boiled rice, and served together. Sauce not regret ;-) Bon appetit!!!
