Cooking
For making sweet chicken, we need only 4 ingredients: 1. Chicken (2 PCs) or chicken breast (800 g); 2. Canned pineapples (1 can: I always take wedges); 3. Soy sauce (about 2.5-3 tablespoons); 4. Sunflower oil (for frying chicken - 2 tablespoons). As a side dish to the chicken it is best to use rice.
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes (about 1*1*1). This is necessary to ensure that meat is then soaked in the marinade, was succulent and tasty.
On a hot (!!!) the pan pour oil and put the fillet pieces. Fry over high heat: provide moisture to evaporate. Periodically stir.
Fry the chicken until Golden brown (about 10 minutes).
While fried chicken, prepare the marinade: 1. Open a jar of pineapples; 2. Drain the syrup from under the pineapple in a separate container; 3. Add to the syrup 2-3 tbsp soy sauce; 4. Mix 5. Remove the pineapple in the fridge (!!!) The marinade is ready!!!;) Note that this recipe does not require the addition of salt and spices!
With fried chicken add the marinade (it should completely cover the fillets). Simmer on low heat (!!!) about 20 minutes (preferably under cover). This is necessary to ensure that the chicken is completely soaked with marinade and was soft. Periodically stir.
When the marinade is almost completely evaporated and absorbed into the chicken (on the bottom of the pan will remain 1-2 mm) - the dish is ready, one can start serving.
Hot sweet-and-salty chicken served with cold (!) slices of pineapple. As a garnish it is better to use a pic;) Bon appetit!!!
