  • Salt

Put in a bowl the ingredients for the dough - the bottom layer of the cake is flour, margarine, 4 tablespoons sour cream, salt, soda.

Knead the dough. It is very soft and supple, easily removed from the bowl and hands.

Peel and cut the onion. Fry it in vegetable oil with nutmeg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Dear cooks! I urge you to add nutmeg, because without it, the dish loses its flavor.

Roll out the dough, or just distribute fingers in shape. Arrange the onion on it. Separately, make the filling - whisk 3 eggs and 1.5 cups of sour cream. Fill pour on top of onions.
