Description
Placinta - one of the popular dishes of Moldavian cuisine, is a flat round cake or square shaped. Options test there are several: yeast, water or yogurt. Filling for placinte can be sweet using apples or pumpkins, and may be salted: raw potatoes, cabbage, onions, egg, cheese, boiled potatoes with fried onions, cheese. Traditional pies are fried in a pan or baked in the oven. Offer to cook traditional pies with potatoes in the pan.

Cooking
In water, add salt, let's stir until dissolved, then add vegetable oil.

From each piece roll the cake, as thin as possible. Put the filling (50-70 g) in the center of the tortillas, season with salt.
