Rigatoni Alla Milanese

  • Pasta

    0.5 pack

  • Tomato paste

    1 pack

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    1 pack

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Onions chop and fry in olive oil.

Chopped bacon and add to the onions and squeeze the garlic.

Sauteed bacon with the onions add the tomato paste, to warm up add the Basil.

Add the cream.

Add the grated Parmesan.

Boil rigatoni until al dente, drain and mix with sauce. When serving, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
