Artichoke then coat with lemon juice, so it is not dark.
When both artichokes are cleaned, send them in a saucepan with lemon juice and salt and cook for 25 minutes. Artichoke get ready and then the fun begins. Cut strips of chicken fillet and put in the artichoke.

Sprinkle a teaspoon of honey and fresh rosemary needles.
Bake the artichokes at a temperature of 170 degrees for 15 minutes. The lower leaves have become dry, but the flesh turns out tender and very juicy.
