Grilled fish fillet
This is my first dish made in just purchased the convection oven. Oddly enough, my first attempt has not turned out "lumpy" - HOORAY!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    6 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Green onions

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Marinate the fillets (I had wonton, and its hard to mess up ;-)) of the mixture: mayonnaise, vegetable oil, seasoning for fish. A minimum of 30 min. I can't say about the weight of the fillets, because the store weight one, but as it thawed the weight almost in 2 times decreases. But every piece was a palm (without fingers, hee).

After marinating the fillets I put on a plate, since pangasius is very much "falling apart" while cooking.

Put in aerogrill - high grill, 205 gr., maximum airflow, 25 minutes. Here is a magical spectacle is a AG in the evening. :-)

In the mid time I turned the fish to bake more evenly on both sides. Clink-clank - ready! Sprinkled for beauty green onions...
