Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Soft cheese

    70 g

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

All that is needed for our roll.

Eggs vzbit in a solid foam, cheese to grate, dill finely chop. All carefully mix, a little salt.

Baking tray lay a parchment, put the resulting mass in a thin layer (so that the dough did not spread much, I suggest to add a bit of starch, I didn't do, and so all was OK). Bake in a preheated 180-200*C oven for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, the fish thinly slice plastinkami, in cottage cheese I added dill and mayonnaise (if desired, you can add a small clove of garlic, for light flavor), pepper and be Vymetal.

The finished cake let cool slightly, evenly lubricate the cheese and dill lot, and on top lay the salmon slices (200g, the rest for decoration). Drizzle with lemon juice.

Roll roll (before serving I wrapped the loaf in foil and held it in the fridge), gently cut into small pieces, garnish with remaining fish and herbs.
