I'm surprised so few on the site recipes canning tomatoes. At my house, for example, a whole book is devoted to methods of preservation of tomatoes alone! I have tried many recipes. And over the years came to the conclusion that doing one at a time. As once my mother taught me. And home asking only such tomatoes. This is the easiest recipe I know. And the most delicious. Prepare for winter one such jar and you will not regret it. Without sterilization!

The ingredients (salt, sugar, acetic acid) given in a three-liter jar. First of all, a few words about tomatoes. They can be of different sizes, varieties and colors. They are marinated equally. Even good when tomatoes of different sizes - they are easier to pack tightly into the jar. Tomatoes wash thoroughly.

To sterilize jars convenient way for you. I'm doing this so old-fashioned method. :-D Cap and rinse with boiling water.

Tomatoes tightly, but without fanaticism, put in jars. Pour boiling water, cover with the iron lid and leave for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes drain the water into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, bring to a boil (I wasn't taking pictures because inconvenient :-[ )

Before you pour the boiling brine into jars, add to each: 1 tsp of vinegar.

Roll up covers, flip and leave until cool. To wrap up the banks is not necessary. Store tomatoes at room temperature. Cold they taste better.
