Description
Quail in my favorite marinade for chicken on the grill or chicken BBQ.
Ingredients

Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients.
Prepare the marinade. Cherry grind in blender to a pulp. Pour the slurry from the cherries in a deep bowl, add soy sauce, wine, olive oil, honey, mustard, pressed garlic. All mix well.
Quail legs or put in a cellophane bag.
Pour the cooked marinade.
Bag wrap, put in one or two packages and a good shake (to eat all the meat in the marinade). Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
To grill or barbecue to brown-red crust.
Can be served! Bon appetit! It is very tasty!
